Students Present at Annual SOAR Symposium

Students with ARISE faculty mentors presented at the 2025 Dr. John Lamont Peterson Annual Research Symposium on April 18th at the Michigan League. The symposium is the culminating event for participants in the Student Opportunities for AIDS/HIV Research (SOAR) program, a 2-year academic and research mentoring experience for juniors and seniors interested in careers in HIV-related behavioral and social science research. Juniors in the program presented posters of their mentored research, and seniors presented lightning talks with panel discussion.
